The duplex stainless steel is a work hardenable and corrosion-resistant alloy which
has somewhere 18-28 percent of chromium. The nickel content varies from low to a
moderate amount somewhere between 1.5-8%. The balanced microstructure, where ferrite
and austenite are in equal volume percentages, along with right chemical composition
offers excellent properties to perforated sheets. The duplex nature of steels
display high corrosion resistance properties and shows characteristics of ferritic
as well as austenite stainless steels.
The duplex SS sheets are tougher than that made of ferritic steels and exhibit
strength double than that of austenitic steel sheets. The sheet made using duplex
steel get perforated design using a tool that punches holes in the metal of a set
radius and distance. The holes types can vary as per the need and customers can

Test certificates-

flaring, impact, Positive material identification, intergranular corrosion, and
chemical test. Test reports like raw material certificate, manufacturer test
certificate, NABL approved lab report and inspection report by the third party are
also included.
Marking and Packing-
No damage is ensured throughout the transit by practicable packaging of
sheets. Export packaging is performed using wooden cases or boxes. The sheets are
marked with grade, size, trademark, and lot no. custom marking is also performed for
our clients on demand.
