About SS 304-
Stainless steel 304 is the part of T-300 SS that is austenitic. It is having an alloying
element of nickel and chromium of 8% and 18% respectively addition to the carbon of
0.08% and is thus termed as the nickel-chromium alloy. The alloy is having good welding
and forming ability in addition to oxidation and corrosion resistance properties because
of the addition of chromium. Good toughness at the cryogenic temperature is defined as
low temperature. Additionally, the alloy is having ease of fabrication and ease of
cleaning.

Testing of the Flat/Patta/Patti/Flat bar-
The testing of Stainless steel 304 Flat/Patta/Patti/Flat bar at our
manufacturing unit is done by us is to make sure that no poor quality of product
delivering is done. The test done is like PMI-IGC test, mechanical test, chemical
test, macro-micro test, hardness test, etc.
Standards : ASTM A240 / ASME SA240
Thickness : 1 mm To 100 mm
Hardness : HRB 62 to 180 - HV 140 to 1250
Tensile Strength : As required up to 1450MPA
Documenting-
Fumigation certificate, commercial invoice, heat treatment chart, QAP, NABL approved
lab test report; packaging list, guarantee letter, etc are the documents we provide.
Also, the TC we offer is including MTC as per En 10204/3.1b, 100% radiography test
report, third party inspection report, buyers reports are offered to the clients.
Packaging-
For safer transiting we are doing the packaging of SS 304 Flat/Patta/Patti/Flat bar
in wooden boxes and as per clients’ demands.
